Our Sessions
Initial session is 2 hours long. We will consider your health history, eating habits, exercise habits, bowel habits as well as your stress levels.
I am always available after a session by email. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
During session
I ask specific questions about your health and well-being. We fill out a detailed food intake form.
I perform test such as Live Blood Cell analysis. I look at the results immediately to determine the right plan to improve your health.
